Rogério Miguel Puga holds a PhD on Anglo-Portuguese Studies (FCSH, New University of Lisbon), was a Lecturer at Institute of Education and Sciences, (ISEC, Lisbon, 2000–2005), Assistant Professor at the University of Macao (2007–2009) and a Senior Researcher at the Centre for English, Translation and Anglo-Portuguese Studies (CETAPS, New University of Lisbon). He is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of the New University of Lisbon. He taught at the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon (Escola Superior de Comunicação Social, and Escola Superior de Educação) in 2011-2012, 2013-2014, and at IADE (2015).
